If you believe you have been subjected to unequal treatment because of race, color, or national origin, then you have a right to file a formal complaint. To file a complaint, you may:

Our Commitment
No person shall, on the grounds of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, ancestry, or disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination in the provision of any care, service, or employment—whether federally funded or not.
COMPLAINT PROCESS
Any individual, group, or entity that believes they have been subjected to discrimination based on race, color, or national origin may file a written complaint with the Human Resources Director.
How to File
- Submit a Title VI Complaint Form within 180 calendar days of the alleged occurrence.
- The complaint must include:
- Complainant’s name, address, and contact information (phone, email, etc.)
- Date(s) of the alleged discrimination (include when the complainant became aware of it, and when it ended or last occurred)
- Description of the alleged act of discrimination
- Location(s) of the incident (include vehicle number if applicable)
- Explanation of why the complainant believes the act was discriminatory based on race, color, or national origin
- Names and/or job titles of individuals involved (if known)
- Contact information for any witnesses
- Indication of any related complaint activity (e.g., was this also submitted to MTA or FTA?)

Verbal Complaints
If a complainant is unable or incapable of providing a written statement, a verbal complaint of discrimination may be made to the Human Resources Director at the office.
